THE BREEDING CONTRACT
Why place a dog or a bitch in a breeding contract?
Of course I can't keep on my reach every time, for lack of space. By opting for this contract I am offering my dogs a real family life and a fairly short breeding career. This contract begins at the beginning of the acquisition of the puppy and ends as soon as the 2 litters are carried out for the case of a female, for the males once the number of projections established with the breeder are made.

Obligation of the buyer during the term of the contract:
* To keep the dog or bitch in good health, to feed him / her with a premium or higher type food (currently recommended: Royal Canin), to carry out the necessary vaccinations, to deworm the bitch or the dog 3/4 times per year (alternating the type of product to avoid resistance) and the treat against parasites such as ticks and fleas.
* Any veterinary care and medication must be brought to the knowledge of the breeder
* No surgery decision will be taken without my consent (except in a vital emergency)
* The place of Residence of the bitch or dog must not be more than 80 km from the breeding in order to facilitate contact between the animal and the breeder
* If the dog or bitch were to die through the buyer's fault during the contract period, the buyer will have to compensate the breeder for the value of a puppy
* The buyer delegates to the breeder all the rights on the puppies which will bear his affix.
* The animal will only become the exclusive property of the buyer once the terms of the contract have been met
* For a female, immediately notify the breeder from the first day of her heat. The bitch will be made available to the breeder who will choose the dates of the coverings.
* For a male, it is prohibited offer or cover it free of charge or for a fee without the breeder's consent.
* You agree to communicate to the breeder any change of address or telephone.
Obligation of the breeder during the term of the contract:
* The expenses of exhibitions, confirmation and radio of the hips, will be borne by the breeder.
* The breeder will choose the dates of the coverings, the arrival of the bitch at the breeding for the farrowing as well as the date of return of the bitch to its owners.
* The costs related to the mating, gestation, farrowing will be the responsibility of the breeder (in particular food)
* All puppies born to the bitch will be the property of the breeder, and registered in the LOF under the affix "SEVEN KINGDOMS WOLVES"
* At the end of the 2 litters or the number of established coverings, the breeder undertakes to pay the sterilization costs.
* The breeder reserves the right to take back the animal if he finds that it is malnourished, badly cared for or mistreated (health certificate established by a veterinarian).
* The health of the dog or bitch being the priority, if its good general condition was not satisfactory, a mating could be postponed or the animal could be withdrawn from the breeding, and this, in the interest of the health of the animal.
* During lactation, the breeder undertakes to welcome in his breeding, the purchaser of the bitch as many times as he wishes.
Each contract can be flexible according to the future of the owners and the dog.
